
Serentica buys Statkraft's India solar power biz

Serentica Renewables, backed by KKR, has acquired Statkraft's 1.5 gigawatts solar power generation business in Rajasthan, India. The deal, valued at around $220-$250 million, supports Serentica's commitment to India's energy transition. Statkraft, Europe's largest renewable power producer, is exiting India as part of a global realignment to focus on its home market.
