The restructuring was executed via a Supplemental LLP Agreement among existing promoter-group partners, with the company's capital contribution proportionately adjusted to ₹1,67,24,071. The transaction aims to optimize capital allocation and enhance financial flexibility for redeployment towards core business expansion.
