Excelsior Sports Correspondent BANDIPORA, Sept 10: The Martyr Altaf Memorial Cricket Tournament began today with a grand inaugural ceremony at the Sports Stadium Bandipora. The tournament was inaugurated by SSP Bandipora, Harmeet Singh Mehta, in the presence of senior officers from Bandipora Police, Army and CAPF.
