United Spirits Posts ₹1,830 Crore Standalone Net Profit in FY26; Board Fixes AGM on August 4, 2026

United Spirits delivered strong FY26 results with standalone net profit rising to ₹1,830 crores from ₹1,558 crores and revenue growing to ₹27,781 crores. The board approved a final dividend of ₹11 per equity share, fixed the AGM for August 4, 2026, and advanced the sale of Royal Challengers Sports Private Limited for ₹16,663 crores. The company also completed the acquisition of Nao Spirits & Beverages Private Limited and wrote off a ₹1,238 crore UBHL loan.
