US companies added 63,000 jobs in February, ADP data show

US private-sector payrolls rose by 63,000 in February, the most since July and above expectations of 50,000, according to ADP Research. Hiring was led by education and health services, with gains also in construction and information, while wage growth for job changers slowed to 6.3% and held at 4.5% for those staying in roles.
