Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Dec 31: Dr DJ Raina, State Malariologist, Directorate of Health Services Jammu, superannuated today after rendering 28 years of service in the Department. He was accorded a warm send off by his colleagues in a function organized in the premises of the Directorate.
