Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Sept 15: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) J&K general secretary and former Deputy Mayor, Jammu, Baldev Singh Billawaria, today inaugurated a one-day Free Medical Health Check-up Camp at Jeevan Nagar in the R.S. Pura-Jammu South Assembly constituency.
