Since the 2000s, Kusum steadily built up her drug empire in the Outer Delhi locality. From selling smack, she expanded her illicit business to heroin, ganja, and tramadol tablets. The Delhi Police seized property worth Rs 4 crore belonging to her and her family in Sultanpuri and Rohini areas.
