Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Sept 11: The sports fraternity of Jammu and Kashmir is in mourning following the tragic death of Kanchan Kumari, a promising woman cricketer and Rehbar-e-Khel Physical Education Teacher from Sports Zone Satwari, who lost her life in a fatal road accident.
